The Studio is truly the neighbourhood, community wellness studio. We want clients to feel comfortable taking a chance on a new class because they can count on the fact that they will be met and supported wherever they are in their practice. We’ve gone back to basics, and created a holistic space to combining flexibility, strength and breath.

We’re a community, not a cult and we’re proud to welcome clients of any level, shape, size or gender.
